Hey Guys,
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to meet Jesus face to face? To hear Him speak your name, call you to follow, and invite you into something far greater than you could ever imagine?
In John 1:35-51, we see the first disciples come to Jesus—not because of a miracle, not because of a sermon, but because He simply invited them: “Come and see.”
And that same invitation is extended to you today.
The Life-Changing Call of Jesus
This Sunday at New Hope Baptist Church, we continue our sermon series, "Believe: A Study of John," with a message titled:
? "Come and See: The Call to Follow Jesus" ?
In this passage, we meet men like Andrew, Simon Peter, Philip, and Nathanael—ordinary people with doubts, questions, and uncertainties. Yet, when Jesus called, their lives were forever changed.
This passage reminds us of three powerful truths:
✅ Jesus calls us personally – He knows your name, your story, and your struggles.
✅ Following Jesus requires action – It’s not just about believing from a distance but stepping forward in faith.
✅ Jesus promises greater things – When you follow Him, your life will never be the same.
What About You?
Maybe you’ve heard about Jesus.
Maybe you admire Him.
Maybe you’ve even gone to church for years…
But have you truly answered His call to follow?
Jesus doesn’t just invite the perfect, the religious, or the qualified. He calls the broken, the searching, and the ordinary—people just like you and me.
Are you ready to step into something greater?
