Hey Guys,
Have you ever wondered about the true meaning of faith? What does it really mean to believe? These are questions that have echoed through human hearts for centuries, and the answers are waiting to be uncovered in the Gospel of John.
This Sunday, we’re launching a brand-new sermon series called Believe: A Journey Through the Gospel of John. Our first message, "That You May Believe," dives deep into the heart of John’s Gospel, focusing on John 20:30-31:
“Therefore many other signs Jesus also performed in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book; but these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that by believing you may have life in His name.”
The Power of the Gospel
The Gospel of John was written for one clear purpose: to show us Jesus, the Christ, the Son of God. John doesn’t just present historical facts—he invites us to respond. Through miraculous signs, timeless Scripture, and the life-giving promise of salvation, John unveils the truth about Jesus and calls every one of us to believe.
But what does believing look like? It’s not just intellectual agreement; it’s a heart-transforming faith that changes everything. When we truly believe, we find life—real, eternal, abundant life—in His name.
Why This Series Matters
In a world filled with doubt, distractions, and spiritual confusion, Believe is a call back to the core of the Christian faith: Jesus. Whether you’re a lifelong believer or someone searching for answers, this series will strengthen your understanding of who Jesus is and why He matters.
In this first sermon, "That You May Believe," we’ll explore three key truths from John 20:30-31:
