Good morning,
I don't know about you, but I get super excited when I start talking about the gospel. I get super excited because I know that it is the one thing that can, literally, change anyone's life that it comes in contact with. We can't say that about anything else.
16For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
New American Standard Bible: 1995 Update (La Habra, CA: The Lockman Foundation, 1995), Ro 1:16.
In verse 15 of Romans 1 Paul says, "I am eager to preach the gospel." Shouldn't we all be eager to declare the gospel to those around us? I think the answer is an obvious and emphatic YES!
"The gospel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes."
Don't ever forget that it is the gospel that saves, not you. It is God that draws the lost to Him, not you. We don't have to give a "sales pitch". The gospel isn't reliant upon your ability to convince anyone. We simply share the truth of the gospel. We are called to share/declare the gospel. There is more power in the gospel than we could ever possibly imagine. Just share the gospel!
God will take care of the results.
Serving Him,
Bro. Joey
