Good morning,
Two of my articles this week will deal specifically with men. However, this article is for everyone.
18And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.19“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
New American Standard Bible: 1995 Update (La Habra, CA: The Lockman Foundation, 1995), Mt 28:18–20.
I think we want God to use us the way we want to be used. That is not the way it works. God is the ruler. He gave all authority to Jesus Christ. It is Jesus that has conquered sin. It is Jesus that has conquered death. Therefore, it is Jesus that has the authority over our life, and we are to accept His Lordship over our life.
Jesus has commanded us all to make disciples. This is God's will for your life. If we are not obedient in this fundamental, elementary command, God will not show us deeper areas to serve Him in.
Dyer, Tn has a dire need. New Hope Baptist Church has the answer to that dire need. It is the gospel of Jesus Christ. God's will for every member of New Hope Baptist Church is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ to those we come in contact with.
Serving Him,
Bro. Joey

I can’t tell you how many times I have heard someone say, “I just don’t know what God’s will for my life is.”
My response is, “Really?” How is it possible that you have no idea what God’s will for your life is? Do you honestly believe that God has put you in some kind of maze, and you must find your way through the maze to see what His will for you is? That is just plain nonsense. God has not hidden his will for you from you!
The problem is you are not paying any attention! What is God's will for your life?
Proclaim the gospel!

Many people want to place emphasis on the word “go” as if this were the command. However, the command in this passage is to make disciples. The word for go is actually a participle that means as you are going. In other words:
As you are going about in life make disciples. As you are at work, make disciples. As you are out and about make disciples, and guess what, as you are at home make disciples.
Serving Him,
Bro. Joey
