Remember This

As you read the book of Deuteronomy, a challenge that is often given by Moses involves remembering. On six different occasions Moses said, "You shall remember." The word "remember" means "to mark." The idea is that there are certain things we are to mark in our heart and mind. Or to put it another way, Moses was telling them that there were certain things they were never to forget.
